Ham and Cheese Balls

Cream cheese 4 Ounce (125 Grams)
Ham/Corned beef 6 Ounce , finely chopped (185 Grams)
Worcestershire sauce 1/2 Teaspoon
Chopped pickle 2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
Salt To Taste
Chives 1 Tablespoon , minced
Parsley 1 Teaspoon , finely chopped



1. In a bowl add cream cheese and soften it thoroughly.

2. Add chopped ham or corned beef, along with other ingredients like pickle, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper.

3. Take out portions of this mixture and roll them out in the size of a marble.


4. Serve the ham and cheese balls after rolling over equal quantities of parsley and chives mixed together.
