Mixed Fruit Cheese Ball

Ingredients

Cream cheese 16 Ounce , softened (2 Packages, 8 Ounces Each)
Shredded cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
Sour cream 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon
Raisins 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , diced
Dried apricots 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , diced
Dates 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , diced
Prunes 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , diced
Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Apple slices 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Assorted crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream and coriander; mix well.

Stir in the fruit.

Shape into a ball; roll in pecans.

Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.

Refrigerate until serving.

Serve with apples and crackers.
