Rich Smoky Cheese Ball

Worcestershire sauce 1/2 Teaspoon
Cheese spread 1 Tablespoon (Bacon, Garlic Or Sharp Cheese Flavor)
Cream cheese 6 Ounce , softened (2 Packages)
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Parsley 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chopped
Pecans 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chopped


Unwrap cheese spread and microwave on "high" for 1 minute in a large casserole.

Add cream cheese and microwave again for 1 minute, or until cheesesmix well.

Add Liquid Smoke® and Worcestershire sauce and blend well.

Stir in shredded Cheddar.

Chill for about 15 minutes in freezer, or for about 1 hour in refrigerator.

Roll mixture into a ball.

Roll in parsley, then in chopped pecans to cover ball.

Chill for several hours.

Serve with crackers.
