DIY Homemade Anti-Inflammatory Immune Boosting Balls

3. Cinnamon known for better heart health, blood sugar regulation, diabetes protection, better brain function, parkinsons protection.
4. Jaggery is full of iron and ghee is loaded with calcium.


Jaggery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Almond meal 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cinnamon powder 1/2 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1 Tablespoon
Ginger powder 1 Tablespoon
