Soft cheese 250 Gram , cut into even wedges
Cranberries 50 Gram , finely chopped
Pistachio nuts 50 Gram , finely chopped



Roll cheese wedges into balls.

Roll each ball in pistachios and cranberries.



Serve with crackers or chutney and enjoy!
