Rolled oats | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
Unsweetened coconut flakes | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Coconut oil | 40 Milliliter | |
Chopped pecans | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Chopped pistachios | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Dried cranberries | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Unsalted peanut butter | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Honey | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Flax seeds | 1/8 Cup (2 tbs) | |
Sunflower seeds | 1/8 Cup (2 tbs) | |
Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
Vanilla essence | 1 Teaspoon |
MAKING
1. Take rolled oats, unsweetened coconut flakes, chopped pecans, chopped pistachios, dried cranberries, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, honey, vanilla essence, coconut oil and cinnamon in a bowl.
2. Add peanut butter and mix everything together.
3. Cover with cling film and keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
4. Take the mixture out and roll it into individual balls. Place the balls back in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
SERVING
5. Save as it is and store the remaining in a glass jar.
