Bagels dont always have to be bad for your waistline! Homemade bagels are healthy and fun to make too and are far lower in carbs than storebought ones. Ingredients

Flax seed 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Almond meal 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Coconut flour 2 Tablespoon
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Plain greek yogurt 2 Tablespoon
Eggs 2 , beaten
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Water 2 Tablespoon
Stevia 1 Teaspoon
Poppy seeds 1 Teaspoon
Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon
Dried garlic flakes 1 Teaspoon
Onion flakes 1 Teaspoon
Kosher salt 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat oven to 350 degree.

MAKING

2. In a bowl mix the dry ingredients together.

3. In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients.

4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

5. Using a spoon, spoon the mixture into the baking pan

6. Top with bagel topping like poppy seed, sesame seeds, dried garlic flakes, dried onion flakes and kosher salt.

7. Bake at 350 degree for 25 minutes.

SERVING

8. The bagels can be stored and served later.
