This is the ultimate way to eat bacon! Center cut bacon pressed with brown sugar and pecans roasted until the brown sugar caramelizes...it's meaty salty sweet delicious!

Packed dark brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place a wire rack above a sheet pan and set it aside.
MAKING
3. In blender, add almond and brown sugar. Pulse until the mixture resembles fine crumb. Transfer it to a bowl.
4. On the wire rack, lay the bacon strips and sprinkle the crumb mixture on top. Press to coat well on both sides.
5. Pop the pan in oven and roast for about 30 minutes or until the brown sugar has caramelized.
6. Remove the pan from oven and let the bacon cool slightly.
