I have heard people say that bacon makes everything better, so I decided to put crisp, crumbled bacon in a brownie batter and bake it. It was so good that I had to share it with you!
Butter | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 stick) | |
Unsweetened chocolate | 2 Ounce (two 1 | |
Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Eggs | 1 , well beaten | |
All purpose flour | 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
Crisp bacon | 8 Ounce , crumbled |
GETTING READY
1. Place a saucepan over low heat. Add butter and chocolate in it. Stir occasionally and cook until chocolate melts. Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
2. Drop sugar, and beaten egg. Mix well. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla into the saucepan. Mix to combine.
3. Throw crumbles bacon in pan and fold to incorporate.
4. Grease an 8-inch by 8-inch baking pan, transfer the mixture in it.
5. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
MAKING
6. Place baking pan in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick when inserted comes out clean.
7. Remove pan from oven and allow it to cool to room temperature.
SERVING
8. Cut brownies into pieces and serve.
