Bacon Wrapped Smokies with Brown Sugar and Butter

A great appetizer for a party or get together. This requires little time or ingredients and is a snap to put together.

Ingredients

Bacon 1 Pound
Smokies 14 Ounce
Butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , melted (1 stick)
Brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs) , divided

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 375°.

2. Cut the bacon into thirds and wrap each smokie.

3. In a pan, melt the butter and add 1 cup of the brown sugar and stir until mixed well.

MAKING

4. Place all the wrapped smokies in a single layer in a baking dish.

5. Pour the butter and brown sugar mixture on the smokies and bacon.

6. Take the other cup of brown sugar and sprinkle evenly over the smokies.

7. Bake them for 20 minutes

8. Turn up the heat to 400° and bake for another 10 minutes.

SERVING

9. Serve crispy bacons with your favorite dip.
