Cheese with Bacon and Pasta

Penne 12 Ounce
Bacon 8 Ounce
Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Medium cheddar cheese 8 Ounce , shredded (2 cups)
Dijon mustard 1/2 Teaspoon
Black pepper To Taste , freshly grated



1) Cook pasta according to package directions.

2) Drain the pasta.


3) Meanwhile, cook bacon, drain on paper towels and crumble.

4) About half way through cooking time for pasta, in a heavy saicepan, heat cream.

5) When hot, reduce heat to low and add a small amount of cheese and stir until melted.

6) Continue cooking the sauce until all the cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.

7) Add Dijon mustard and pepper.

8) In a latge deep serving bowl, place pasta.

9) Pour cheese sauce over the top and sprinkle with bacon.


10) Serve the bacon pasta with garlic bread.
