Bacon burger has a mouth watering taste. I have tired one of Bacon burgers on my trip to Europe. The combination of beef with beef mixed in flour and curry powder gives the Bacon burgers a grand taste.

Bacon slices 4
Beef 1 Pound , minced
Pepper 1/8 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Flour 1 Ounce
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Butter 1 1/2 Ounce
Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
Milk 1/2 Pint
Toast slices 4

Fry bacon until almost crisp.

Remove from pan and quickly curl each strip around the end of a wooden spoon.

Secure each with a tooth pick.

Mix together the beef, pepper, salt and garlic salt.

Shape into 4 patties and saute in the butter or margarine for 6 minutes.

For the sauce: Melt the butter or margarine in a saucepan.

Mix together the flour, curry powder, garlic salt and salt and thoroughly blend into the butter or margarine.

Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth.

Cook and stir until thickened and flavours blended.

Place each patty on a slice of toast.

Top with a bacon curl and pour sauce over each.
