Breakfast Bomb

Guns and Bacon does it get any better...


Sausage 1 Pound (Country / Breakfast)
Hash brown 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cheddar cheese 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Chopped onions 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chopped red bell pepper 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Hard boiled eggs 6
Bacon 3/4 Pound , weaved



1. Place a sausage in a ziploc bag and faltten it up. Place it in the refrigerator overnight.


3. Pull the flattened sausage from the refrigerator. Cut the sides of the ziploc and open it up. Pull the ziploc and expose one surface of the sausage to work with.

4. Spread a layer of hash brown followed by grated cheese and then onions and red bell pepper over the sausage. Place hard boiled eggs in the center and roll the sausage up.

5. Put the bacon weave on a saran wrap. Rest the sausage roll on one side of the bacon weave and the roll the whole thing up, holding on to the contents, as seen in the video. Keep it in the refrigerator for it to firm up.

6. Prepare the grill for cooking.

7. Remove the saran wrap and place the bacon bomb on indirect heat. Rotate and cook until done.


8. Slice and serve the bacon bomb.
