Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Crusted Asparagus

Ingredients

Asparagus 1 Pound , bottoms trimmed
Flour 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Grated parmesan 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Seasoned salt 1 Teaspoon
Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
Parmesan shaving 10 Gram

Directions

MAKING

1. In a bowl, mix together, flour, parmesan and seasoned salt.

2. Coat the asparagus in the flour mixture, dip in buttermilk and again dredge in the flour.

3. In a pan, heat oil and fry asparagus from both sides until golden brown.

 

SERVING

4. Garnish with parmesan shavings and serve.
