|Uncooked shrimp||1 Kilogram|
|Tamarind seasoning mix||15 Gram (Mama Sita's)|
|Onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) , quatered|
|Sitaw||2 Cup (32 tbs) , cut into 2 inch length|
|Water||10 Cup (160 tbs)|
|Radish||2 Cup (32 tbs) , sliced|
|Tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs) , sliced|
|Green pepper||4 Large|
|Kangkong||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fish sauce||To Taste (Patis)|
Boil water, tomatoes and onions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour Mama Sita's sinigang sa sampalok mix
Increase heat and bring to a rolling boil.
Add radish, lomg green beans, long green pepper and fish sauce to taste
Cover and simmer for 3 minutes
Add shrimps. Turn off the heat.
Add leafy vegetables. Cover to steam cook.
