Spicy Tofu is a simple Korean stir fry dish. The tofu and vegetables are nicely blended in a spicy sauce with the Korean ketchup and hot chilli garlic Rooster sauce. Enjoy the Spicy Tofu over cooked rice for a complete meal and spice up your lunch or dinner.
|Chopped onion||1 Medium|
|Red bell pepper||1⁄2|
|Mushroom||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ginger paste||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Sesame oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Korean ketchup||3 Tablespoon (Ssamjang)|
|Rooster sauce||1 Tablespoon (Garlic Chili Sauce)|
|Green onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) In a pan, saute the onion, mushrooms, ginger, garlic, hot pepper and bell pepper in heated oil.
2) Add the tofu, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, Korean ketchup and keep mixing gently.
3) Lastly stir in the green onion remove from heat. Serve over cooked rice.
