Pearl onion/6 medium onion | 12 | |
Capsicum | 1 | |
Salad oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
Wine vinegar/Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm) | |
Onion | 2 Tablespoon | |
Tomato | 1 | |
Freshly ground black pepper | To Taste |
Trim excess fat from lamb and cut into 1-inch cubes.
Parboil onions, cutting larger ones in half lengthways.
Wash and remove stem and seeds from peppers and cut into 1-inch squares.
Mix marin ade ingredients in a bowl and add lamb pieces.
Allow to marinate for 1 hour, turning meat occasionally.
To prepare kebabs, thread onto 4-6 skewers alternatively, lamb pieces, onions, capsicums and tomato.
Brush with marinade and barbecue over glowing coals for 4-6 minutes, turn and brush with marinade during cooking.
Serve immediately.
