Spicy Smoked Chicken Wings

A very easy recipe for Spicy, Smoked Chicken Wings!


For sauce:
Apricot nectar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Fresh lime juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chili sauce 3 Tablespoon
Rice wine vinegar 1/8 Cup (2 tbs)
Agave nectar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Oyster sauce 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Garlic cloves 6 , minced
Minced ginger 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chopped green onion 1/8 Cup (2 tbs)
Chopped cilantro 1/8 Cup (2 tbs)
Other ingredients:
Chicken wings 21 , cleaned
Coarse sea salt To Taste
Freshly ground pepper To Taste



1. Preheat grill to 350F.


2. In a saucepan, add apricot nectar, lime juice, chili sauce, rice wine vinegar, agave nectar, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, green onions and cilantro, simmer until the sauce reduces to half.

3. Season the chicken wings with sea salt and pepper. On region of indirect heat, place the meat. With the charcoal place apple wood. Allow to smoke for about 25 minutes.

4. After 25 minutes of smoking, tranfer the wings to a steel bowl, pour in sauce, using a tong coat well. Place the wings back on the grill and smoke for another 15 to 20 minutes. Baste with the sauce, if required.


5. Serve with rice and cooked asparagus.
