Chicken Cutlet/Vegetable Cutlets/ Fish Cutlets

Here's an easy snack that you can use any kind of left over meat, fish, or veggies to make!


To cook meat
Meat 1 Pound (any leftover can be used)
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
For cutlet
Onion 2 Large , chopped
Crushed ginger 2 Teaspoon
Crushed garlic 2 Teaspoon
Green chili To Taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon (Optional)
Garam masala powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Juice of lemon 1/2
Chopped cilantro 10 Gram (two handful)
Potato 2 Large , cooked, mashed
Eggs 1
Bread crumb 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)



1. Cook meat with turmeric, black pepper, and salt. Shred meat and set aside.

2. Using a food processor, shred onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili.


3. In a pan, little heat oil and saute the onion mixture until lightly browned.

4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, lemon juice, cilantro, shredded chicken, and mashed potato. Mix well.

5. Roll mixture into patty and dip into beaten egg. Shake off excess and coat with bread crumb.

6. Deep fry patties in hot oil over medium flame until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.


7. Serve with ketchup and enjoy!


If making vegetable cutlet, cook vegetable in microwave and add it to the mixture.
