Plain protein rich soya milk may be boring, but your kids just cant resist it when blended with vitamin A rich mango pulp. Believe me, theyll come asking for more!

Ingredients

Soya milk 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) , chilled (unflavored)
Mango pulp 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chilled
Sugar 1 1/2 Tablespoon
For garnish
Mangoes 2 Tablespoon , chopped

Directions

MAKING

1. In a mixer, combine together all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

2. Refrigerate to chill.

SERVING

3. Pour into glasses and served garnished with chopped mangoes.

TIP

1.25 cups of chopped mangoes gives about one cup of mango pulp.
