Honey, Soy and Sesame Glazed Salmon Kebabs

These Salmon Kebabs are a treat for any sea food lover. It is sweet and spicy and comparatively low fat. The lime juice and zest add freshness to the kebab.

Ingredients

Salmon fillet 10 Medium
Soy sauce 200 Milliliter
Honey 200 Milliliter
Toasted sesame seeds 3 Tablespoon
Lime 2 Medium , juiced, zested
Ginger 1 Inch , finely grated

Directions

GETTING READY

1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well till combined. Cover and marinate for around 1 hour.

MAKING

2. On Kebab sticks skewer the salmon fillets.

3. Heat a griddle pan on medium heat. Grill the kebabs till done on all sides.

SERVING

4. Serve the Kebabs hot with any dip of choice.
