pork and broccoli stir fry

Ingredients

Sesame oil/Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Red onion 1 , slice
Garlic clove 2 , mince
Ginger piece 2 Inch
Broccoli florets 10 Cup (160 tbs) (8
Pork meat 350 Gram (300
Red pepper spice blend 2 Tablespoon
Butter 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. Place a pan over medium high heat and stir fry onion, ginger, garlic, and pork with oil. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until little caramelized.

2. Add broccoli and red pepper spice blend. Cook for another 3-5 minutes or until tender. Stir in butter.

SERVING

3. Garnish with fresh cilantro or sweet red pepper and serve over salad green, quinoa, noodles or brown rice.
