Asian Cabbage Slaw

I feel like I say this a lot, but this really is a family favorite! I promise you every time we get together this slaw will be there! Its so easy and delicious and sometimes I eat an entire plate of it. Its my Gogos recipe and its here to stay. I like to assemble the slaw and make the dressing on the side. When youre ready to serve add the vinaigrette, toss, and devour. You ready for a really hard recipe folks?? Ok here it goes.

Ingredients

Shredded cabbage 400 Gram (1 bag)
Scallions 5 (1 bunch)
Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
Toasted sliced almonds 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Ramen noodles 85 Gram , crushed (chicken flavor)
For vinaigrette
Canola oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Rice wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Ramen noodle seasoning 1 Ounce (1 packet)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Using a sharp knife, cut the top and ends of the scallions and chop them.

2. Crush the noodles.

MAKING

3. In a serving bowl, put together cabbage, scallions, crushed noodles, toasted almonds and sesame seeds and set aside.

For the dressing

4. In a small bottle, add together canola oil, rice wine vinegar, sugar and noodle seasoning.

5. Put the bottle lid and shake well to mix.

6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to coat.

SERVING

7. Serve as desired.
