Turkey Sheesh Kebabs

Ingredients

Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Salt To Taste
Onion 1 Medium , chopped
Ground turkey 1 Pound
Tofu 1 Pound
Whole wheat flour 1 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Parsley 2 Tablespoon , dried
Chili powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper red 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In a bowl add onion and garlic. Mix with lemon juice, spices, tofu, turkey, lemon and flour.

2. Knead the mixture well.

3. Make cigar shaped burgers from the sheesh kebabs.

4. Grill till the kebabs are light brown in color.

5. Place it in an ungreased bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour

SERVING

6. Garnish turkey sheesh kebabs with watercress and parsley.
