Oriental Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

Chopped cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Ginger 1/4 Teaspoon
White pepper 1/8 Teaspoon
Chinese noodles 2 Ounce , uncooked
Chicken broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Chopped green onion with tops 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Rice wine vinegar/Rice vinegar 1 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In medium saucepan, add chicken, ginger, white pepper, noodles and broth.

2. Bring the contents to boil.

3. Decrease heat; cook for 3 minutes, in between stir to separate noodles.

4. Replace it from heat.

5. Lastly, stir in green onions and vinegar.

SERVING

6. Serve hot.
