Asian Style Lemon Ginger Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients

Vegetable oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tbsp)
Boneless beef 1 Pound , cut into thin strips (500 G)
Lemon ginger beef stir fry flavorful recipe mix 28 Gram (Club House)
Carrot 1 , thinly sliced on the diagonal
Broccoli florets 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs)
Corn starch 1 Tablespoon (15 Milliliter)
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon (15 Milliliter)
Water 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)

Directions

Heat oil in large skillet over med-hi heat. Add beef and stir-fry 3 minutes. Add seasoning and vegetables. Stir-fry until tender-crisp, 5-7 minutes. Stir together corn starch and soy sauce. Add to pan with water. Stir-fry 1-2 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
