Quick Sherbet

Ingredients

Canned mixed fruit 16 Ounce , in juice or light syrup

Directions

MAKING

1) Place the can in the freezer to solidify

2) Run the can under hot water for a minute

3) Empty the can into a food processor and process till the consistency of a sherbet

4) Spoon into a tall glass and place back into the refrigerator till serving time

SERVING

5) Serve plain or over some melon slices
