Ingredients

Beef fillet steak 2 Pound
Peanut oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , melted
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Start by trimming the beef and cutting it into 1-inch cubes

2. Now thread the meat onto the skewers

MAKING

3. In a saucepan, mix the next three ingredeints, and keep aside on the side of the grill for basting

4. Grill the skewers filled with beef cubes

SERVING

5. Serve with a sauce of your choice (tartar sauce, mint sauce, tomato sauce)
