Buttermilk Sherbet

Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Made From Skim)
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Crushed pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Drained)
Egg white 1
Vanilla 1 1/2 Teaspoon



1) Into a bowl, mix the buttermilk, sugar, pineapple and place in the freezer till it reaches a mushy consistency

2) Into a chilled bowl add the egg white, vanilla and the buttermilk crush together

3) Beat the sherbet till it is light, with a whip

4) Put back in the freezer and freeze till almost solidified

5) Take care to stir once a while


6) Serve chilled
