Beef Bulgogi (Korean Beef)

Ingredients

Soy sauce 5 Tablespoon
Agave nectar/Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Red chili paste 1 Tablespoon (Optional)
Green onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Garlic cloves 3 , very finely chopped
Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
Sesame seed 2 Tablespoon
Pepper To Taste
Flank steak 1 1/2 Pound

Directions

GETTING READY

1. In a small mixing bowl, place all ingredients except the flank and mix well. Pour this mixture onto the flank and make sure to coat both sides of the flank. Refrigerate for at least an hour and maximum for 24 hours.

MAKING

2. In an outdoor grill, on medium heat, cook the flank from both the sides.

SERVING

3. Slice and serve hot with stir fried vegetables and rice.
