Cocktail Kebabs

Ingredients

Finger avocados 6 , peeled and chopped
Cucumber 4 Ounce , peeled and cut into half moons (100 Gram)
Pink melon/Section of cantaloupe scooped into balls 1/2
Grapes 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
Kumquats 4 , halved
For the dressing
Orange juice 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
Lemon juice 10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoon)
Sunflower oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
Mint sprig 4

Directions

GETTING READY

1.In a bowl, put avocados, cucumber, pink melon, grapes and kumquats.

2.Take a screw top jar, put orange juice, lemon juice, sunflower oil and mint in it and shake well.

3.Drizzle the dressing on fruit and leave for 2 hours.

MAKING

4.Arrange cucumber, melon and kumquat on skewer.

5.Put avocado at last.

6.Grill until golden.

SERVING

7.Serve warm with drinks.
