Veal Kebabs

Boneless veal loin 1/2 Pound , cut into 1/2
Salt free steak sauce 3 Tablespoon
Unsalted butter 1 Tablespoon
Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon



1) Either build a hot fire or set an electric or gas grill on high according to manufacturer-€™s instructions.


2) Take 12 bamboo skewers and thread 4 cubes of veal on each.

3) Take a small saucepan and combine together butter, steak sauce and lemon rind in it. Cook the mixture over medium heat until nicely blended. Add lemon juice and brush kebabs with the prepared sauce.

4) Grill kebabs for 4-5 minutes, turning only once to coat with the remaining sauce. Do not over-cook.


5) Serve kebabs immediately.
