Korean Chicken Wings

Chicken wings 2 Pound , lightly salted
Flour 2 Tablespoon
Cornstarch 4 Tablespoon
Mochiko 4 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Tablespoon
Sugar 3 Tablespoon
Ajino moto
Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
Green onion 2 Tablespoon , chopped
Chopped garlic 2 Teaspoon


Lightly salt chicken wings which may be disjointed or whole.

Mix remaining ingredients; add chicken wings.

The marinade will be very dry but work in the wings a few at a time, to coat well.

Marinade 4 hours or overnight and fry in just enough hot oil to cover and brown.
