Speedy Steak Kabobs

Ingredients

Vegetable oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Soy sauce 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , cut in slivers
Chopped fresh parsley 2 Teaspoon
Dried marjoram 1/4 Teaspoon
Steak 1 Pound , cut in 1
Green pepper wedge 4
Cherry tomatoes 4
Mushrooms 5
Canned pineapple chunks 4 Ounce , drained
Canned artichoke hearts 4 Ounce , drained

Directions

In deep bowl, combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, parsley and marjoram.

Marinate beef cubes for 30 minutes or longer.

Drain; thread onto wooden skewers alternately with assortment of vegetables.

Arrange skewers on microwave-safe dinner plate or platter.

Micro-cook at high for 2 to 5 minutes or until of desired doneness, rearranging skewers after 1 minute.
