Salmon and Cabbage Korean Style

Oil 2 Tablespoon
Onion 1 , coarsely chopped
Ginger slices 4 , chopped
Cabbage 1 , core removed and coarsely chopped
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Salmon 1 Can (10 oz)
Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon



1. In a frypan heat up the oil over high heat and stir in the ginger.

2. Put in the onions, then the cabbage.

3. Toss the cabbage around to coat it with oil and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.

4. When the cabbage has cooked down, add the can of salmon and stir.

5. Let it cook for a few minutes.



7. Turn out onto a plate and sprinkle with sesame oil.
