Ingredients

Safflower oil 1 Tablespoon
Onion 1 Small , finely chopped
Lean chicken mince/Beef/pork 400 Gram
Meat masala paste 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Chili powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Frozen peas 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Potato 1 Small , finely chopped
Water 3 Tablespoon
Coconut coriander chutney 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (To Serve)

Directions

To make filling, heat oil in pan over medium heat, saute onion until transparent.

Add mince, masala paste, salt, chilli, stir until the meat is separated and cooked through.

Add peas, potato, water, cover, cook on low until potato is tender (approx 8 mins).

Increase heat to cook off excess water.

Adjust salt, chilli to taste.

Spoon filling into the centre of each crepe, roll up.
