Pork leg steak | 250 Gram , cut into thin strips | |
Onion | 1 , finely chopped | |
Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) , crushed | |
Cooked long grain rice | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
Cooked prawns | 150 Gram | |
Minced chilies | 1 Teaspoon | |
Sambal nasi goreng powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Hot water | 1 Tablespoon | |
Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Shallots | 6 , chopped | |
Toasted slivered almonds | 1 Tablespoon |
1. Pour eggs into greased pie plate, cook on HIGH for two minutes or until just set. Cut into strips. Set aside.
2. Heat browning dish on HIGH for seven minutes, add oil, cook on HIGH for one minute. Stir in pork, onion and garlic, cook on HIGH for two minutes.
3. Add rice, prawns and chilli, cook on HIGH for three minutes. Combine sambal nasi goreng, water and Soy sauce, stir into rice mixture, cook on HIGH for two minutes.
