Cheese Kebabs

Ingredients

Yellow cheddar cheese 60 Milliliter , cubed (1/4 Cup)
Cubed brick cheese 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
Green grapes 16
Red grapes 16
Stuffed olives 16

Directions

–  Freeze grapes for 2 hours.

–  Meanwhile, break small wooden skewers in half.

–  Prepare kebabs, alternating 1 green grape, 1 cube of brick cheese, 1 olive, 1 cube of Cheddar, and 1 red grape. Arrange kebabs on a bed of lettuce leaves.
