Brown rice 75 Milliliter (About 5 Tablespoon)
Water 250 Milliliter (About 1 Cup)
Milk/Soy milk 625 Milliliter (About 2 1/2 Cup)
Sugar 125 Milliliter (About 1/2 Cup)
Walnuts 125 Milliliter , coarsely chopped (About 1/2 Cup)
Raisins/Cinnamon/nutmeg 60 Milliliter (About 1/4 Cup)


1 Put rice and water in a saucepan. Cook until water has been absorbed. Add milk and sugar and cook over low heat until mixture thickens. Add walnuts and raisins.
