White Bean Hummus Wraps With Avocado And Bell Pepper

The silkiness of the white beans combined with the rich avocado and crunchy cucumbers and bell peppers make this Simple Cooking with Heart vegetarian recipe a winner of a lunch or dinner.


For hummus:
Canned white beans 15 1/2 Ounce , drained and rinsed (1 can, no
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Water 3 Tablespoon
Sweet paprika 1/4 Teaspoon
Ground black pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
For wraps:
Tomato 1 Medium , thinly sliced
Cucumber 1 Medium , thinly sliced
Bell pepper 1 , seeded and thinly sliced
Avocado 1 , peeled, pit removed, sliced
Lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs) (4 handfuls)
Wraps 4 (10 inch, multi



In a food processor, combine beans, lemon juice, water, paprika, black pepper and blend until smooth.

Spread the prepared hummus over wrap and assemble vegetables over it.

Roll as shown in the video.
