Asian Ribs on the Green Mountain Grill

This week I do some Asian style ribs on the pellet smoker. If you like Asian flavor you will like these ribs.


For the rub
Light brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
Chinese five spice 1 Tablespoon
Ground ginger 2 Teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
For the sauce
Hoisin sauce 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Sriracha sauce 1 Teaspoon
Honey 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
