Make spicy Malaysian fruit salad with sambal rojak. Caroline Artiss and I make a lovely fruit rojak salad and talk a little about Malaysian food!
Fresh fruit | 4 Pound , peeled, chopped into 1 inch cubes | |
Sambal rojak | 4 Tablespoon (to taste) | |
Roasted salted peanuts | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chopped | |
Toasted sesame seeds | 2 Tablespoon | |
Red chili pepper | 1 , thinly sliced |
MAKING:
In a large bowl, combine fruits with 2-4 tablespoons of sambal rojak and mix until well coated.
Spread onto a serving plate and sprinkle peanuts, sesame seeds and chili pepper over it.
SERVING:
Serve and enjoy!
