Fruit Rojak

Make spicy Malaysian fruit salad with sambal rojak. Caroline Artiss and I make a lovely fruit rojak salad and talk a little about Malaysian food!


Fresh fruit 4 Pound , peeled, chopped into 1 inch cubes
Sambal rojak 4 Tablespoon (to taste)
Roasted salted peanuts 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chopped
Toasted sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
Red chili pepper 1 , thinly sliced



In a large bowl, combine fruits with 2-4 tablespoons of sambal rojak and mix until well coated.

Spread onto a serving plate and sprinkle peanuts, sesame seeds and chili pepper over it.



Serve and enjoy!
