Red Bell Pepper Hummus - Healthy Dip

Red Bell Pepper Hummus is a simple dip to prepare that is healthy and will have your kids dipping all kinds of vegetables


Canned garbanzo beans 1 Can (10 oz)
Roasted red bell peppers 6 Ounce
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Tahini 2 Tablespoon
Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon



In a food processor, add in all the ingredients and pulse until smooth.


Serve along with fresh veggies.
