Fattoush Salad - Healthy Side Dish

Fattoush Salad is light, flavorful, and crunchy from the pita chips! This is such fun salad to make and kids love eating it, too.


Chopped lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Halved cherry tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Persian cucumber 2
Green bell pepper 1 , diced
Green onions 2 , chopped
Juice of lemon 1
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , minced
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Pita chips 2 Cup (32 tbs) , baked



In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers and green onions.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and salt. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine well.

Add the baked pita chips and toss to combine.



Serve with your choice of main dish.
