Chicken Momos are absolutely delicious snacks filled with flavor packed chicken filling.

|Refined flour||400 Gram|
|For the filling|
|Minced chicken||300 Gram|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Large , chopped|
|Chopped cilantro||2 Tablespoon|
|Crushed ginger||1 Teaspoon|
Take refined flour in a large vessel. Add oil and water. Knead it into a semi-stiff form (neither too soft nor too hard).
Cover with a damp cloth and leave for 30 minutes.
Add chopped onion, cilantro, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, soya sauce and vinegar. Mix well.
Take small portions of the dough and make tiny balls. Take one ball at a time and roll into 5-inch diameter rounds, thicker in the center and thinner around the edge.
Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center.
Now press the wrapper into half at the center and gently press the edges. Join the two end of the wrapper slightly overlapping, press to stick.
Take a large saucepan, half filled with water. Drizzle oil over a colander and place it inside the vessel.
Cover with lid and let it steam for a while.
then place the momos on the colander, close the lid and allow them to cook for 12-15 minutes.
Serve hot and spicy momo sauce.
