Breakfast in Bed

I cooked Breakfast in Bedthe morning afterfor an awaiting bachelor. The dish, shakshuka, originates in the Middle East. Some say Morocco. Some say Algeria. You might know it as a variation of huevos ranchero. Eggs cooked in a spicy tomato sauce. It's accompanied by challah cinnamon toast and for dessert I made a yogurt mango salad topped with honey and fresh mint.
