Korean Rice Cakes Tomato Soup

Ingredients

Organic pasta sauce 739 Milliliter
Water 739 Milliliter
Oregano 1/2 Teaspoon
Mixed beans 1 Cup (16 tbs) , cooked
Korean rice cake 1 Pound
Cayenne pepper/Hot sauce 1 Teaspoon (Optional)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a pan, pour the tomato sauce.

2. Add in the oregano and stir to combine. Add the beans and Korean rice cakes, allow to simmer for 20 minutes.

3. Add in the cayenne pepper (if using)

SERVING

4. Ladle into soup bowls and serve.
