Asian Green Beans

Call em what you want, Harticot Verde, Sayaingen or just Green Beans, this is a different version on an American classic. Inspired by my love of Asian cuisine and an extra bottle of Tamari, these go great with everything.

Ingredients

Green beans 1/2 Pound
Sea salt 2 Pinch
Maple pecan 1 Tablespoon , chopped finely (bourbon infused)
Tamari 2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

In a pan, pour hot water and add some sea salt and boil it.

Blanch the beans for 2-3 minutes.

Turn off the heat and put beans in the bowl of ice water with the help of tongs and set aside.

In another bowl, put green beans, drizzle some tamari sauce. Sprinkle salt and place pecans on top.

SERVING

Serve with your favorite meat.
