Tahini paste | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Canned cannellini beans | 2 Can (20 oz) | |
Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm) | |
Fresh rosemary sprig | 1 | |
Cumin | 1 Teaspoon | |
Juice of lemon | 1 | |
Salt and pepper | To Taste | |
Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) |
MAKING
In a blender, add the tahini paste, cannellini beans, garlic, rosemary, cumin, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend it together until smooth.
Stream in the olive oil and emulsify nicely.
SERVING
Serve it with pita chips or fresh cut veggies.
