Appetizer - Cannelini Bean Hummus

Have you ever wanted to try to make homemade hummus? This recipe is a twist on the classic chick pea hummus. So easy and you can make it in under 5 minutes.

Ingredients

Tahini paste 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Canned cannellini beans 2 Can (20 oz)
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Fresh rosemary sprig 1
Cumin 1 Teaspoon
Juice of lemon 1
Salt and pepper To Taste
Olive oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

In a blender, add the tahini paste, cannellini beans, garlic, rosemary, cumin, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend it together until smooth.

Stream in the olive oil and emulsify nicely.

 

SERVING

Serve it with pita chips or fresh cut veggies.
