This is a great dish that can be served as finger food or otherwise.
Bbq rub | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
Pita bread | 4 Small | |
Salad | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (Vegetable) | |
Yogurt based spread | 4 Tablespoon (Sazakhi) | |
Jalapeno | 1 , sliced |
GETTING READY
1. Soak cherry wood skewers in water.
2. Prepare the grill for cooking with both direct and indirect side.
MAKING
3. Add rub to ground meat and mix it well.
4. Put meat around skewers, put the skewer on the indirect side.
5. Flip and cook until you get a nice color on all sides.
6. Transfer the kababs to direct heat and get a good sear on them.
7. Move them back to indirect heat and let them rest.
FINALIZING
8. Open a pita bread pocket and place some salad in the pocket.
9. Put a kabab inside and dress it with saziki.
SERVING
10. Place some jalapeno slices and serve as it is.
